Desert

Desert was an experimental collaborative performance work with multiple artistic collaborators using a performance text about loss and grief, written by Lindiwe Matshikiza, as a source. The work manifested as both a piece of theatre and a film by Boitumelo Moroka.  Alongside Desert as part of Season 3 at the Centre for the Less Good Idea, were international guest performances by musicians Temandrota & Naty Kaly from Madagascar and dancer Javier Velázquez Cabrero from Mexico.
