SUN

As a young man I felt myself 

To be in the midst of Sun

Dedicated to the assassination of Malcolm X, Sun, in classic Adrienne Kennedy style is non-linear, fragmented and replete with symbolic imagery.  In a cyclical dream state that captures a past, present and threshold we are reminded that meaning is unfixed.  This production was performed in 2012 at the Little Theatre Complex in Cape Town forming part of a research project exploring the form of the choreopoem.
